For 40 years Alan R Jones & Sons has been innovating its logistics, its customer service and its business; that process is ongoing and the latest phase is represented by a complete re-brand.
“We’re rightly proud of our heritage, but we need to move with the times to assure our customers that they’re dealing with a modern, dynamic business,” explained Managing Director Ian Jones. “To that end, we’ve worked with Cardiff-based marketing firm Horizon to take advantage of our existing brand strength and refresh it for a new generation.”
Alan R Jones & Sons’ rebrand includes an update to its logo, revised corporate colour scheme and new materials including its website, stationery and an eight-page brochure explaining the company’s services and innovative ways of working – which include helping to advance the UK road haulage industry in terms of its operating best practices, new technology and environmental impact.
“We’ve been working with Alan R Jones for several years, and lately it’s been a pleasure helping them to develop their appearance in the marketplace,” explained Horizon Director Bob Gate. “The company’s reputation is already so strong, but it’s important that businesses keep developing and strengthening their position.
“We’ve been working closely with Ray [Clegg] and Rachel [Harris] to help them highlight to their customers how they want to grow the business – through offering consistent, great customer service.
